Corporate EB Support Specialist

Job description

A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading financial advisory and wealth management firms.
Reporting to Bromsgrove with hybrid working flexibility.
Full-time with a permanent contract.

EB / Corporate Support Specialist will deliver support and administration for group and risk based advice areas.

EB / Corporate Support Specialist - Key role responsibilities

  • Articulate our services within a fee agreement and present to advisers within a suitable time frame
  • Evaluate existing pension arrangements and determine ongoing automatic enrolment compliance
  • Support advisers and clients with any scheme rectification work required
  • Arranging conference calls with scheme and payroll providers and clients if deemed necessary
  • Completing coherent annual governance reports
  • Support clients with their ongoing automatic enrolment duties
  • Monitor the progress of re-enrolment and re declarations
  • Liaise with the relevant scheme providers
  • Overseeing pension uploads for allocated schemes
  • Overseeing scheme specific member communications
  • Ensuring Group Risk cover remains suitable through Whole of Market and Renewal research
  • Supporting clients with queries relating to their cover
  • Updating client information with the providers
  • Provide technical support and guidance to advisers when making the recommendation


EB / Corporate Support Specialist - Candidate requirements

  • A solid understanding of group scheme / corporate financial products and their provider processes
  • Knowledge of Auto-enrolment legislation
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A high level of understanding in working with Microsoft Office and a good working knowledge of Excel
  • Establishing and developing good working relationships with clients
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
