The client base will offer you exposure to a mix of global corporations as well as local businesses from across the financial services, funds, corporate and banking sectors. The work itself will be diverse touching on M&A, private equity, capital markets, structured finance and restructurings.

At least two years of finance or corporate experience at a top-tier law firm will be required for this position along with strong academics. Internationally qualified solicitors from common law jurisdictions such as England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Canada will be considered.
