Our client is one of the most highly regarded offshore law firms in the world and is currently seeking a top-tier common law qualified solicitor with at least 3 years of corporate, finance or regulatory experience to join their corporate team. As a member of the Bermuda corporate practice you will receive a broad and fluid mix of work that can encompass corporate, regulatory, finance, insurance/reinsurance, fintech and digital asset matters.

At least 3 years of post common law qualified experience with a top-tier law firm and a strong academic record are essential for this position.
