As a Lawyer in this team, you will receive a full diet of offshore corporate work which will include M&A, advisory and regulatory instructions acting on some of the most high-profile corporate activity in the offshore market with a mix of local and global clients.

Top-tier law firm training, a strong academic record, plus a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in a common law jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Ireland is essential.
