A global US law firm are seeking a talented Private Equity Associate (NQ-1 PQE) to join their practice, in the firm's London office.
The firm advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies throughout the entire investment lifecycle, from fund formation to exit.
Responsibilities:
You will join the private equity team of the firm's corporate group, focusing their time on private equity transactions in the UK, Europe and globally
Additionally, you will have experience of NDAs, engagement letters, disclosure letters, diligence reports and ancillary documents is expected
Qualifications:
NQ-1 PQE years of demonstrably successful experience in a top tier private equity practice
You will ideally be UK qualified, though candidates from other common law jurisdictions will be considered
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
