Job description

One of the UK's leading independent law firms, and reputable corporate teams outside of London is seeking to grow with an additional Corporate PSL/Knowledge Lawyer hire into Guildford. This position is perfect for someone with Corporate PSL/Knowledge experience, wanting to work a flexible working week with a top corporate team.

This PSL / Knowledge Lawyer position will be to work closely with the current PSLs assisting the corporate team with its work on core corporate transactions including mid-market M&A, corporate restructurings and corporate governance. You will be in charge of keeping precedents up to date, analysis of the latest developments in corporate law, deliver training internally and externally to clients, support junior team members on legal issues.

The successful candidate is likely to:

  • Be currently or have experience of being a Corporate PSL/Knowledge Lawyer
  • Or, be a Corporate Solicitor with experience of working in a PSL/Knowledge lawyer capacity
  • Have worked in a large corporate team or firm either in the City or regionally
  • Have strong legal research skills, and be great a communicating
