Corporate Senior Associate 4PQE+

Major top 100 firm has a new opening to suit an experienced Senior Associate to join their corporate team.

Our client has a formidable reputation for corporate dealmaking and is home to a team which handles high quality transactional work including corporate M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures, reorganisations and financing work on behalf of major listed businesses and PLCs, financial institutions, owner managed businesses, SMEs, partnerships and entrepreneurial start-ups.

Due to increasing demand, the Partners are keen to appoint a Senior Associate with a minimum of 4 years PQE corporate transactional experience. This role would suit a Lawyer practising in the local market and/or an individual with plans to relocate to South Yorkshire.

With at least 4 years PQE gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills and a track record of leading on good sized transactions. You'll have the licence in this role to use your networking, marketing and business development skills to build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
