This Legal 500 ranked Corporate team at a large national firm is seeking to expand, with the recruitment of an additional mid-level Corporate Solicitor in Milton Keynes. This established Corporate team is already seeing an increase in instructions as we move into 2024.

Within this team you will work with a range of clients including, family businesses, financial institutions, banks, multi-national corporations and listed companies. Your workload will include M&A, Joint ventures, partnership formations, de-mergers and restructures as well as much more.

In order to be successful in this position you will:

• Be ideally over 5 years PQE
• Be experienced in dealing with mergers and acquisitions work (M&A) as well as broad corporate transactions
• Be looking to make progress within your career, and wanting a firm to support you with that
