An established regional law firm is seeking a driven and commercially-minded Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join their growing Corporate team. With multiple offices across East Anglia, the firm offers flexibility on location and a genuine opportunity to grow into a key player within the team.

The Role
You'll be working closely with experienced partners on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

• Mergers, acquisitions, and business sales
• Shareholder agreements and restructures
• Commercial contracts and terms of business
• Company law advice for SMEs and owner-managed businesses

You'll also have scope to develop your own client relationships, contribute to business development, and carve out your own specialism or sector focus if desired.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years' PQE as a qualified solicitor (more senior applicants also welcome)
• Ideally experience in both corporate and commercial law
• Proactive mindset
• Desire to progress your career in a supportive, collaborative environment
