An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a national firm in Oxford. This award-winning corporate team is seeking a mid level Corporate Solicitor, ideally with M&A experience, to join the Legal 500 ranked team.
Within this corporate team you will enjoy the chance to work with businesses ranging from entrepreneurs, SMEs, financial institutions to FTSE 100. You'll be able to build solid relationships with clients in the local Oxfordshire region, but also be working within a national service line and with a team that has an international reach. The work will include mergers and acquisitions, disposals, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures, reorganisations and much more!
You will be:
Ideally between 2 - 7 years PQE
Experience in dealing with transactional corporate work, including M&A
A good communicator, with an ability to work with people of different level across different locations
