The team provides assistance to a range of clients on various aspects of transactional corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and investment agreements and restructuring programmes. The clients range from well-known blue-chip organisations to SMEs and start ups companies.

The team are keen to speak to solicitors from NQ up to 5 years PQE. If you are a newly qualified solicitor who is looking to forge a career within the Corporate arena, you must have gained experience within a corporate team during your training contract. Solicitors with corporate post qualification experience, who are looking for career development will also be of great interest.
