My client, a rapidly growing Insurtech bussiness is looking for a highly driven individual to break the norms of traditional insurance and credit market with a world class product and service.
As they on board new clients, launch new offerings and evolve as an organisation, they need to continually push the boundaries of delivering better customer outcomes. This includes delivering unmatched service, market-leading technology, innovative insights and unique opportunities to our clients.
As Customer Success Manager, you will support managing their key client stakeholders, typically credit managers, from the point of their on boarding and throughout their relationships. You will become their trusted advisor, fully understanding their business and requirements. You will help make sure that clients get the full benefit from using the platform and product, whilst overseeing the smooth execution against agreed strategic and commercial account plans.
By working closely with other teams (such as Sales, Marketing, Tech, Product, and Operations), your mission will be to create a positive experience for the clients, both today and on an ongoing basis in the future.
