Responsibilities:
As a DC Pensions Consultant, reporting to the Team Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and growing a diverse client portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating and nurturing client relationships, attending meetings, and providing expert advice to meet client objectives.
  • Developing and implementing business plans and strategies to achieve team targets.
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, with flexibility across various locations.
  • Identifying and addressing risks, collaborating with management to implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Overseeing revenue recognition and client billing processes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop client communications materials.
  • Pursuing continuous professional development to stay abreast of industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
  • Ability to provide strategic advice to employers and senior company officials.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and legislative changes.
  • Adherence to regulatory obligations and industry standards.
