IDEX Consulting is working closely with a global brand in the search for a DC Consulting Sales Lead for the UK retirement team.

An exciting opportunity in a dedicated national DC consulting team leading the sales and new business efforts to secure new corporate and trustee clients.

You'll set sales strategy with the Co-Heads of the team, win new projects/clients and proactively assist our senior Consultants with their prospecting activity.

You will also assist DC Consultants with their sales efforts and have oversight of all proposals - i.e. attend prospect meetings, review and contribute to all RFPs, offer ideas and collateral, support pitch presentations and in certain cases attend to lead the pitch.
