Deals and HR Transformation Actuary
Job description
Highly commercial opportunities within the crack actuarial team of this international consultancy - often seen as the fastest route to rapid progression within their Actuarial function.
Focusing on international Deals work, these roles are far broader than you would find within a traditional consultancy, incorporating: -
- Pre-deal DD
- Deal Strategy, Planning and Management
- Post-deal integration and change
- HR Transformation
- Rebasing / restructuring Compensation and Reward
These roles are best suited to actuaries that want variety, and prefer to work on projects rather than knowing their diary for the next 12 months is already mapped out.
This is a team where you have a high degrees of responsibility, independence and visibility from a relatively junior level. and in which you'll develop your wider business skills rapidly as you'll spend far more time with Lawyers, Bankers, Management Consultants, Corporate Financiers and PE firms than you will with other actuaries.
Due to growth there are opportunities available from part-qualified up to 6-7 years post-qualified level: if you are even mildly considering a change, you could do a lot worse than investigate this opportunity further!
