Job description

A national Financial Services group are seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team expanding in the Midlands.

The role

  • Provide a range of support duties for consultants and corporate clients with a focus towards Group Risk and Health Benefits
  • Carry out regular client contact & correspondence activities
  • Support new business and policy servicing
  • Liaise with providers
  • Manage daily work-flow and case management
  • Ensure all work carried out meets regulatory requirements & guidelines
  • Maintain an effective network of internal & external contacts


Candidate requirements

  • Knowledge of group risk, medical, health or pensions essential
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Competent with using systems and processes
  • The ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels
  • Manage work-flow and work towards deadlines & time constraints
