• Preparation of client reports, data sets, research and benchmarking and management of day to day administration of risk or healthcare schemes.
• To retain and develop an existing client portfolio and acquire new clients/products in the most efficient and cost effective manner, within the laid down procedures.
• Draft and co-ordinate technical reports and research for Client presentation.
• Draft reports to Clients on specific Client issues.
• Oversee changes/restructures of Clients' benefit arrangements.
• Manage day to day Client administration
• Manage a portfolio so client goals are met in accordance with specified objectives and constraints.
• Updating and maintaining Xplan and portfolio.
• Ensuring product knowledge is kept up to date by means of regular update meetings with the insurers and self-help regarding products, insurers and adhering to legislation.
• Building and targeting a prospect list as part of new business development strategy
• Managing all processes including renewals in FCA compliant manner.
• Dealing with client enquiries/problems.
• Liaising and building ongoing relationships with clients, insurers and introducers.
• Manage recording and tracking client renewals, client meeting notes and new-business
