An International Law Firm based in Dubai is looking to hire an experienced Associate into their renowned corporate practice, with a focus on ECM matters.

Responsibilities include providing advice in the field of equity capital markets transactions and corporate law advice for listed companies, e.g. IPOs and capital increases, public takeovers, ongoing advice as to shareholders' meetings as well as on the compliance with the post-admission obligations arising from stock exchange listing.

Ideally you will have broad M&A, private equity and ECM experience, with between 3-6 years of PQE from a top UK or US firm.
