Employee Benefits Administrator

Job description

To provide support to the Health & Protection Consultants within the Desk Based Team of Employee Benefits division. Always adhering to the company's' compliance processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Day to day administration of membership amendments and keeping Consultants informed of any queries
  • Sending renewal invitations and requests for client data
  • Preparing workings & draft reports for Health & Protection renewals
  • Ensuring attention to detail in all aspects of role
  • Providing ongoing feedback to facilitate quality process improvements
  • Develop a good working knowledge of Health & Protection market & products
  • Using own initiative to assist Consultant Team in pro-active manner
  • Working in accordance with Data Protection, adhering to TCF and Regulatory requirements at all times
