Idex Consulting have partnered with a fast-growing, established practice seeking an to Employee Benefits Executive join their Glasgow team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in pensions, group risk, healthcare, and flexible benefits who wants to grow their career in a supportive, high-performing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for clients, delivering seamless service
  • Support consultants with documentation, compliance, and operational delivery
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with reporting and dashboards
  • Collaborate across teams to support business development and client engagement

Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of workplace pensions, auto-enrolment, group risk, and healthcare benefits
  • Familiarity with FCA regulations and financial services platforms (Intelligent Office or similar)
  • Strong client service, communication, and attention to detail
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable
