Top tier firm seeks an ambitious Employment Lawyer to join their highly rated employment team based in Reading.

Our client is a market leading firm with a top-tier Thames Valley employment team, undertaking high quality and varied contentious and non-contentious employment work for a portfolio of high profile respondent clients.

The firm is keen to appoint a talented Employment Lawyer with 3 years+ PQE to join their growing employment law practice. With experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work including drafting terms and conditions, employment contracts and agreements, TUPE, equal pay issues, whistleblowing and tribunal work, you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team led by a very likeable Partner. You'll handle a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of private, public and third sector clients including SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships and larger companies including listed businesses with multi-national interests on varied and challenging employment law issues.
