Our global client is looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its leading energy transition regulatory and finance team which is part of its larger projects division. The team advises its clients on high value project and finance work. The ETRF team carries out a wide range of top tier and high value project and finance work, including energy project development work, energy regulation, renewable energy finance and M&A, energy efficiency and low carbon advisory mandates. The clients consist of a number of UK and international banks, renewable energy developers, oil and gas/energy companies, infrastructures funds, private equity and utilities. The work is both UK and internationally based.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to progress their career in a new and exciting legal sector. To be considered, you will have gained some energy experience during your traineeship and have a strong interest in this area. You will be commercially aware and be looking to progress your NQ career in a transactional role.
