English qualified Private Client Specialist - fully remote working - 4 years PQE +

I am working with a top tier Scottish firm which has an uncommon opportunity for an English qualified Private Client Solicitor.

Working with a highly regarded Partner, you will be joining one of most successful and highly ranked Private Client and Family teams in this arena.

The team now has an opportunity for a Private Client specialist to handle a variety of English Private Client work including wills, POA and estate administration work. You will also advise on tax and succession planning matters and cross border contentious trust and estate matters.

You will ideally be a minimum of 4 years PQE , be English qualified with experience of dealing with complex and challenging cases. You will be a confident communicator and be comfortable handling delicate affairs, to ensure that your clients are receiving the best advice possible.
