As a key member of the regional team, the Existing Relationship Adviser is responsible for delivering a proactive and outstanding customer experience and on-going advice services to our established client base. To develop additional advice and business development opportunities with these clients. This includes advising through the family generations and gaining referrals.

The role
Our local hubs need exceptional people who are customer driven team players and who are excited by the opportunities this presents. You'll be motivated to contribute to a busy and thriving team in order to deliver exceptional customer service to our new and existing clients. We're looking for energetic professional people who are excited by the difference they can make.
What you'll be doing

    • Talking to existing customers and building out additional business and referrals from that customer base
    • Managing and building a designated portfolio of client relationships and introductions, identifying and addressing clients' financial needs
    • Own the client relationship, being the focal point for orchestrating the delivery of excellent ongoing service which is first in class
    • Building the business by leveraging opportunities within existing client for referrals and intergenerational activity
    • Establishing links with introducers, both internal and external
    • Managing a designated portfolio of ongoing client relationships and increasing your book by taking on recently acquired clients introduced from the wider hub team


Your qualifications and experience

    • Level 4 diploma qualified
    • Experience of giving financial advice
    • A genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.

You'll show commitment to living the SPW values, behaviours and meeting the code of responsibility. You will also ensure your SPS is up to date and professional competencies meet the requirements of your professional institute and SPW's t&c approach.
