FI Account Director - London
£60,000 - £100,000 + package

IDEX have been instructed on a new senior FI retail broking opportunity within one of the strongest teams in the UK Financial Lines insurance market, which is highly profitable and expanding.

The role is both client and market facing, reporting into a London office, with flexibility to work from home a few days per week, alongside some very experienced and well respected individuals in this space. The Account Director would be responsible for managing a number of direct client renewals each month (clients varying in size and type), including broking in the Lloyd's and London Market and they would be expected to hold regular meetings with Insurers.

International travel will also form part of the role (the frequency depending on the experience of the candidate), to areas including the UK, the Channel Islands, Bermuda, the Caymen Islands, Ireland and wider Europe. There is no income target as such, but all members of the the team are expected to use their initiative and networks to expand the book where possible.

The ideal candidate for this role will have significant experience in the Financial Institutions market, with knowledge encompassing Professional Indemnity, Directors and Officers and Cyber insurance. They will ideally possess strong market relationships and be sufficiently polished/ professional to run client relationships.
