FI Account Manager - London

A well established Lloyd's insurance Broker is looking to attract an additional member to its Financial Institutions broking team, who are both sociable and collaborative.

The team looks after a portfolio of Financial Institutions including Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, PE and VC clients. The main purpose of the role is to manage a designated book of these clients and ensure their renewal including broking the risks to the market. The FI Account Manager will also respond to incoming new business enquiries, negotiate with Insurers and place the new business. Additional duties will include assisting in the claims process (alongside the claims team), client correspondence and documentation.

Good knowledge of PI and D&O insurance products is a pre-requisite for this role and knowledge of Crime and EPL products would be advantageous. Particular knowledge of Asset Management clients would be attractive along with strong communication skills. The Manager is open to both junior and experienced candidates, providing they have an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
