- Strong knowledge of investment solutions, tax-efficient planning, and retirement strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.

- Commercial awareness, with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver regulated advice across pensions, investments, estate planning, and wealth management
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and recommending suitable, tailored solutions
- Proactively use cash-flow modelling software to present and explain planning outcomes in a clear, client-friendly way
- Manage your own client portfolio, including reviews, ongoing advice, and compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the firm's support teams to ensure efficient administration and reporting, freeing you to focus on client-facing work
- Actively pursue new business opportunities, including referrals from existing clients and networking
This is a hybrid position where you will effectively manage your diary but there will be requirements for time in the office week where you will meet clients and work collaboratively with your colleagues.
