As a financial restructuring lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of matters related to corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, debt restructuring, and insolvency proceedings. Providing legal counsel and strategic guidance to clients undergoing financial restructuring processes.
Ideally you will be a Saudi national licenced lawyer with 3-6 years of experience practicing law with a focus on financial restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters, along with a strong understanding of Saudi laws and regulations related to corporate restructuring and insolvency.
