Financial Services Administrator

We are working with a growing financial planning firm that have had successes of training and developing those that are out of industry!

You will play a key member of the team, dealing with a wide range of tasks supporting Advisers, colleagues and clients. Full training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge and role within our adaptive business. You will be primarily involved with admin activities relating to existing clients and supporting the Client Services Manager, and other members of the team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the management of the CRM database
  • Corresponding with clients and providers (email and phone)
  • Processing changes to clients' data records, and writing basic summary reports (training provided)
  • Assisting with pre-meeting preparation and documentation including gathering information for client files, documents and valuations for the Financial Advisers and uploading to on-line client files as required
  • Supporting advisers with ad-hoc client servicing and communication
  • Processing withdrawals and fund alterations for clients
  • Following up actions from client review meetings, producing summary reports
  • Gathering and liaising with administration centres
  • Supporting Client Servicing Manager with general office organisation (stock, stationary)
