Idex Consulting have a new opportunity for an Financial Services Administrator to join a IFA Practice.

You will be part of a team providing support many financial advisers and will be dealing with all financial products such as pensions and investments.

Responsibilities:

Using IO system and a variety of platforms
Letters of Authority, death claims, changes to address
Process new business
Liaise with providers
Deal with client queries

Relevant experience within a Financial Services background
Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer is essential
Experience of Intelligent Office
Experience of using Platforms and Provider websites desirable but not essential
