Based in Edinburgh you'll advise on a variety of matters, ranging from on private investment fund structures, involving fund structuring and formation work and related issues. You will be working closely with other divisions to ensure a cohesive service is provided to the firms clients - locally, nationally and internationally. The team has experienced Partners with in-depth experience in all aspects of funds. This is an excellent time to join the team which has significant growth plans - especially following Brexit.
