Managing a team of three, you will be responsible for BD strategy and operation, and leading on client-facing BD activity. Working alongside one of the most talented and diverse teams of Professional Trustees in the market, it will be key that you can fit into their relaxed professional culture: this is not an overtly salsey environment full of nakedly ambitious colleagues!

You will have free rein to design the BD strategy, and indeed up-skill the current Trustee team to ensure the business is across all opportunities they wish to target.

With an excellent package including strong bonus potential, this is a very exciting time to be joining this firm and being at the forefront of their BD strategy.

You will need to have a background in the UK Pensions industry, and have a strong leaning towards business development. Whilst the firm will consider individuals without a pure BD background, you would need to demonstrate a successful track record of leading on client pitches, as well as an understanding of BD strategy and operations.

Clearly if you already have a pensions / investment BD background that would be beneficial.
