I have an exceptional opportunity to join an outstanding IFA business who is seeking a Head of Financial Planning as the business continues to thrive.

The company is growing rapidly with both employed Advisors and AR's with collaboration and team work fundamental to its success.

The successful Head of Financial Planning will be provide direction and focus to the team of Advisors, as well as developing them, to understand their own value and how they can benefit clients.

With an Advisor academy in the pipeline, the Head of Financial Planning will be responsible for establishing and leading the project.

As well as driving performance, the Head of Financial planning will be expected to add strategic value to the business by offering ways to grow the business.

The successful candidate will be minimum Level 4 Qualified (ideally Chartered or working to wards it) and have experience of leading a team of Advisors with a strong track record of performance.

The role will require 2 days in the office with some travel nationwide.
