As a Senior Motor Fleet Broker, you have a unique capability, the knack of utilizing your contacts within the Motor Insurance market to deliver effective placement solutions to your broking clients across the UK & Ireland

You are a natural leader of people, you inject energy into building teams who drive profit and growth, within a boyant motor fleet industry

A top, family owned Insurance Brokers in London are looking to take their Lloyd's wholesale division to another level with the appointment of a Head of Motor Fleet in London. A real opportunity to make an impact, within a business who have invested hugely into L&D, plus packages up to 6 figures plus

Family and stability is important to you and an environment where you feel empowered to achieve great things and be given an autonomous opportunity to develop relationships with new and existing Broker partners. No patch restrictions or risk appetite debates or the chance of you crossing wires with a colleague hunting for the same business.

This has strong potential to progress into a much larger role, where you can build a team around you, as well as have access to a team of 12 Technical Account Handlers.

You will be joining a business with presence across all corners of the UK, as well as offices across Europe meaning you'll have the opportunity to develop relationships both on the ground and overseas in future.

As an integral part of this business, you will build and manage a pipeline of UK based Insurance Brokers to support them with their own Motor Fleet insurance enquiries.

You will be rewarded with a base salary up to £100,000 + package + significant bonus as well as flexibility working from home.

To apply, firstly you'll have strong expertise across the motor fleet insurance market, preferably as a Broker. Ideally possessing leadership experience, you'll have strong connections across the Lloyds/Carrier market, and have built relationships with UK / European Retail Brokers
