A great example of a highly successful brokerage who seek an entrepreneurial experienced insurance individual looking to exhibit their talents in inheriting an established office and working with the board to take this to the next level. This is an exclusive retained assignment for IDEX.

Headliners for the role:

As an integral part of the senior management team you will have the opportunity to lead, inspire and motivate a team of Commercial Insurance professionals, ensuring each and every individual is happy and on track to achieve personal and business targets.

The role will be hybrid working but you will be expected to build relationships with new and existing clients face to face, when and where required. You will be empowered to lead and be given the necessary tools and resources to deliver.

Holding the authority to recruit and build your team even further, you will look to manage and deliver an effective branch Strategic Business Plan and to support the management team in meeting goals and income budgets.

The London office which is one of six locations is highly successful, represents 20% of the annual income and is consistently growing with excellent retention levels and new business.
