Our client is centralising their Administration teams due to a merger and are keen to bring a Head of Operations to bring together People, Processes and Target Operating Model.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the operational activities ensuring productivity, quality and customer satisfaction are adhered to
  • Develop, improve and implement operational strategies
  • Process improvement plans to reduce costs and increase productivity
  • Manage underperformance
  • Coaching and training
  • Actively promoting the principles, decisions and requirements of the business
