Now they're looking for a future-focused Head of P&C Underwriting to steer their next phase of growth.

The Opportunity
As Head of P&C Underwriting, you'll:

  • Lead and inspire a team of underwriters, shaping their development and direction
  • Own and evolve the underwriting strategy for Property & Casualty risks
  • Monitor and drive performance across niche lines and the wider P&C portfolio
  • Collaborate with Distribution to unlock new growth opportunities
  • Represent the business with senior brokers and capacity providers

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the CUO and pricing/analytics teams, you'll sit at the heart of strategy, performance, and growth.
