Would gaining equity as a lead P&I Producer for a specialty Lloyd's Broker interest, especially a business which remains truly independent and run by the original founders?

What do you have to offer?
You're a P&I expert, serving exclusively to this market or it's an area you have covered as part of your service to a wider portfolio of marine business. Fundamentally, it's a market you thoroughly enjoy operating within and wish to specialise.
You have already built up a solid portfolio of international wholesale business and have operated in a production role for a number of years now. Stepping into this position, you will have have full oversight on the strategic vision of the P&I team as well as autonomy to grow out the division through the attraction of talent.
All areas and lines of business are growing substantially, with the hardening market assisting this. However, with significant growth plans in the US, it is anticipated that opportunities and revenue will increase more sharply from hereon in. This Lloyd's Broker's MGU business is also achieving growth and, having recently gained regulatory approval, is well positioned to be a considerable force in the business
Due to succession planning of their good sized, but thriving P&I division, the business have decided it is the right time to go to market with this opportunity - Even if you're waiting until January to make a move, get in touch as this is a rare role and there is expected interest
