Your role will be to head up the parplanning department, having responsibilities of process, recruitment, day to day management of the team, conducting regular 1-2-1's.

Other duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Undertake paraplanning covering all aspects of business written by the Advisers
• Conduct research for appropriate providers and investments
• Prepare cases ready for submissions to Business Monitoring Unit
• Construct a professional and clear suitability report on each file to document suitable advice
• Discuss challenges to the suitability of advice where appropriate
• Provide support to the Financial Adviser as required
• Assist other colleagues as required

Other Duties

• Attend and positively contribute to regular team meetings held by the business
• Maintain up-to-date CPD records demonstrating that skills and knowledge required to do the job are being maintained and enhanced
• Complete all other duties reasonable expected by the support services
• Complete all support services documents as required

About You

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent), working towards
• Previous experience of supporting/developing or managing a team of Paraplanners and or Administrators
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to empathise and build strong business relationships with Advisers
• Ability to manage own time, workload and ensure that all contractual obligations are met with firms

This role will offer you a competitive salary and benefits package. Working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday with parking available on site. And the ability for a hybrid working role which will see you being part office part home based!
