A market-leading technology business headquartered in the City of London, known for being the premier league in their sector, are looking for a Head of Partnerships. They are a team 30 people working in a hybrid scenario and via our locations in London, England and Lisbon, Portugal. This team delivers excellent customer service and product solutions to a broad customer base ranging from small insurance brokers to multi-national financial services giants. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join a fast-growing SaaS business as the Head of Partnerships. This is a new and strategic role within the company, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Head of Sales. The primary objective of this role is to establish and nurture partnerships as a new route to market for our SaaS solutions. These partnerships will encompass development partners, referral partners, strategic alliances, and other collaborative arrangements to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Relevant experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably within the SaaS, Fintech or Insuretech.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing partnerships with various levels, such as development partners, referral partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to create win-win scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with different teams and departments.
  • Results-oriented and driven to exceed targets and expectations.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to work autonomously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and partnership management tools.
