IDEX Consulting is working on a retained project for Top 50 national law firm and Legal 500 ranked Planning team seeking to recruit at Partner or Senior Planning Solicitor as Head of Planning for the South West offering. This is a key appointment for the firm, and they are keen to talk to any senior Planning Partners or current Heads of Department, who are interested in growing something from the ground up.

As Head of Planning for the South West, and a Fixed Share Equity Partner, you will be in charge of the direction of travel for this planning and environmental offering and be responsible for driving this forward. There is a wider national planning team and you will have the support of the national head of the division, but have true autonomy to drive forward your own vision.

The national planning and environmental team works for property owners, investors and developments as well as public sector bodies. At this level, there is an expectation that you will have a book of business to bring with you.
