We have a confidential new instruction with a large national firm seeking to recruit a senior corporate crime and regulatory solicitor into a Head of Department position. This position is to lead a recognised regulatory and corporate crime team, nationally.

The team represents and advises companies and their boards of Directors in high-profile matters such as Coroner's Inquests, Corporate Manslaughter, Health and Safety investigations, Serious Fraud & HMRC Investigations, FCA Investigations & Enforcement, Product Recall, and Bribery.

The opportunity is to lead a successful team of corporate crime and regulatory solicitors, as they continue to grow. You will have total autonomy in this position.
