My client, a national IFA firm, is seeking an IFA to join the business in the Bristol region.

This is a great opportunity for an IFA to join a business where clients are provided, with full back office support.

Role expectations

• A focus on new business development - proactive client contacting to covert legacy clients to our ongoing service proposition
• Providing holistic financial planning solution to private client with assets in excess of £160k across the full suite of financial planning solutions
• Achieving revenue targets set by line management
• Achieve new business targets set by line management
• Proactively drive for cross selling and referring business into other parts of the group
• Maintain & nurture existing client relationships, identifying and fulfilling new advice needs where appropriate
• Generate new client enquiries and generates advice income from these
• Undertake sales and marketing activity in line with local/regional/ national plans

The successful IFA will benefit from the following:

Basic Salary up to £65k
Great Bonus Scheme - 3x salary validation then 33.3% paid to Adviser
