IFA Administrator

Job description

A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a fully remote IFA Administrator.

You must be within 1 hour of the Glasgow office to attend meetings from time to time.

The role involves:

  • developing and maintaining good working relations with internal and external contacts

  • planning, organising and prioritising workload to be completed within agreed service standards

  • regularly improving knowledge and gaining a comprehensive understanding of employee benefits and associated legislation

  • proactively supporting colleagues, clients, and financial advisers in a prompt and efficient manner

  • working closely with the consultants to support and ensure clients' needs are met

  • working closely with colleagues in the team and make an active contribution to the section/business unit

  • attending training sessions, maintaining own training files, and developing relevant knowledge and skills

You MUST have a minimum of 2 years administration within an IFA environment.
