Job description
A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a fully remote IFA Administrator.
You must be within 1 hour of the Glasgow office to attend meetings from time to time.
The role involves:
developing and maintaining good working relations with internal and external contacts
planning, organising and prioritising workload to be completed within agreed service standards
regularly improving knowledge and gaining a comprehensive understanding of employee benefits and associated legislation
proactively supporting colleagues, clients, and financial advisers in a prompt and efficient manner
working closely with the consultants to support and ensure clients' needs are met
working closely with colleagues in the team and make an active contribution to the section/business unit
attending training sessions, maintaining own training files, and developing relevant knowledge and skills
You MUST have a minimum of 2 years administration within an IFA environment.
