The role will be to provide high level support to the financial planners of the business across the full advice range including investments and pensions. Some key responsibilities are:

• Processing the submission of new & top up business to relevant provider platforms, checking adviser has provided full compliance requirements.
• Updating the back-office system with the new business and uploading all relevant documents.
• Working with a number of provider platforms - to add expectations for new monies in.
• Paying out ad hoc income requests.
• Annual Client Review Reports.
• Supporting Advisers in collating information/documents in preparation for meetings.
• Ad hoc Projects.
