Job description
An independent Financial Planning and Wealth Advisory firm in Leamington Spa has an opportunity for an IFA / Financial Planning Administrator to work on a hybrid basis.
This role will provide back office and client support for a director chartered financial planner. who advises clients on investment, estate and retirement planning for private clients and business owners.
The main duties of this role include;
- Support Chartered Financial Planner with client support and administration
- Offer preparation support for client meeting prep, client enquiries, fund switches, Valuations and new business
- Update systems and client records
- Deal with providers and 3rd parties
Candidate requirements;
- The ideal candidate will have a background supporting Financial Planners with back office duties.
- The ability to work independently, be organised and prioritise workloads
- Industry qualifications are desirable but not essential
Development available if you wish to progress within the industry or complete industry related qualifications.
