IFA Administrator

Job description

My client is successful and highly respected IFA practice in Edinburgh are currently looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.
· Sending letter of authorities
· Preparing annual reviews
· Preparing illustrations
· Obtaining valuations and plan information online/by phoning providers
· Preparing new business packs (including compiling research)
· Preparing letters
· Dealing with day-to-day client requests (e.g. taking a withdrawal, increasing premiums)
· Handling Applications for new business
· Add new plans and fees to 1st
· Updating client fact find information
Previous experience in an IFA environment is essential
Office based 4 days (working from home 1 day)
