A West Midlands based independent financial advisory practice with an excellent local reputation are looking to recruit an IFA Administrator to join their team in Tamworth.

Job Description

  • Providing support & administration services for a team of Financial Advisers
  • New business admin
  • Adding & scanning documents to the back-office system
  • Processing of adviser and provider documentation
  • Obtaining illustrations
  • Preparing client correspondence
  • Maintain back office systems and client records

The successful applicant

  • The ideal candidate will have a background in Financial Services
  • Suitable backgrounds might include IFA Administrator (pensions & investments), Adviser Client Support, Wealth Administrator, Mortgage Administrator
  • Be well organised
  • Good level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be a positive team player
