IFA Administrator

Job description

Idex Consulting have a New Hybrid opportunity for an IFA administrator to join a IFA Practice in North Lincolnshire.

You will be part of a team providing support many financial advisers and will be dealing with all financial products such as pensions and investments.

Some of the duties are:

  • Prepare suitability reports
  • Using a variety of platforms
  • Obtain quotes, illustrations, product information and appropriate paperwork
  • Prepare annual reviews/valuations
  • Process new business
  • Liaise with providers
  • Deal with client queries


Desire:

  • Candidates with IFA administration experience, with or without qualifications
  • Employee benefits experience beneficial, not essential
