IFA Administrator - hybrid or homebased

Job description

A Birmingham based Financial Planning and Wealth Management firm has an opportunity for an IFA / Financial Planning Administrator to join their team with hybrid or work from home flexibility.

This role will provide back office and client support for a Director Chartered Financial Planner. Advice areas include investment, estate and retirement planning for private clients and business owners.

The main duties of this role include;
Support Chartered Financial Planner with client support and administration
Offer preparation support for client meeting prep, client enquiries, fund switches, Valuations and new business.
Third party liaison
Ensuring high standards are met

Candidate requirements;
The ideal candidate will have a background supporting IFA's or Financial Planners
The ability to work independently, be organised and prioritise workloads
Industry qualifications are desirable but not essential
